Where is Steph in all this? Dude is just as much an enabler as Kerr. Steph is the leader of this team and he is never seen trying to calm Green down or put him in his place. Steph is often compared to Duncan for his leadership qualities, but he doesn't seem to have a hold on HIS team. This kind of behavior would not fly in SA with Duncan and Pop. Draymond is responsible for his actions, but Steph, as the team leader, needs to step up and force some changes.

I'm talking more behind-the-doors interactions. If Steph comes off the bench in this situation he is suspended but what I am trying to convey is that this behavior should not be tolerated by the team's franchise player. If he is so great at being a leader then he needs to step up his leadership game and keep Green in check.
