I finally got a new iPhone for the first time in six years and the difference is staggering. Things are advancing so fast that there’s really no reason to go cradle to grave anymore.

She would literally fire people on set for looking at or talking to her. She would yell and berate people to the point that they would burst into tears and then laugh about it. She wasn’t just a horrible boss - she made it extremely clear that she’s a shitty person

Huh. Who saw this coming besides literally everyone?

Correct. While neither are fit for office, one will staff smart people to do the job for him while the other will actively burn US democracy to the ground. A lot of us aren’t voting for Biden as much as we’re voting against Trump, and god damn do I wish this wasn’t the case (again).

Doubt. Eventually people will realize that for as bad as Biden is with regards to Gaza, he’s doing a lot right domestically, and the other guy would be much, much, MUCH worse

How anyone could support Elon a few years ago baffles me. How anyone can support him today worries me

Gabe Newell: "We think there is a fundamental misconception about piracy. Piracy is almost always a service problem and not a pricing problem. If a pirate offers a product anywhere in the world, 24 x 7, purchasable from the convenience of your personal computer, and the legal provider says the product is region-locked, will come to your country 3 months after the US release, and can only be purchased at a brick and mortar store, then the pirate's service is more valuable."
