You need a white face Grand Seiko, like the SLGH005 white birch, hibeat. Get a few leather straps too.

I much prefer this over the new BB36.

Being new-ish to the hobby, this is the nicest watch I currently own. Pretty lucky too, it runs +3 seconds a day. The only thing I wish were better is the lume.

Can I get an “amen”

RED FLAG. If you’re going to buy a luxury watch, you really have to do your due diligence. Buying on eBay from a seller I presume is from a different country than you’re from brings with it a lot of risks. I’d take the refund and try again.

Excellent watch. I’ve been looking at the 38mm version of this. I always wondered, how durable are the bezels? I’d probably fidget with it until the cows come home lol

Do you wear the watch regularly?

You say whether you’re looking for casual, dress, etc. But the Seiko Cocktail Time series has a number of earth toned versions available if you want to do the dress watch route.

Is the dial linen on the Omega? That’s a class watch right there. The rest of the collection is superb too.

The only criticism I have with my Khaki Auto is the lume. You’d think for a field watch the lume would be at least a little better.
