It all depends on the scope of the medium. There is free speech in the US as long as it has little audience and no impact. You can say what you want. When it gets too big, like Reddit (doubled users in 2 years 2014 to 2016 from 75mil to 180mil) a regime operative is put in place.

They propose bills knowing they will never pass. When they control everything, they simply stop proposing them. When they have to vote, they tow the party line. At least some eyes were opened when she endorsed Biden's genocide. (Not the first time she defended US/zionist warcrimes OC) She will cry "concentration camps" when Trump opens child immigrant dentention facilities. But when Joe opens them, suddenly she calls them "influx facilities".
