Are they not mercenaries, who have gone there without support from the Chinese government? Thousands of European citizens went to fight alongside ISIS, and there is very little we could do to prevent it. People are free to travel.

I assume that you haven’t watched any American TV shows for the past couple of decades. Nudity and gratuitous sex scenes are a staple of the American entertainment industry.
