The drive is really great. However, I do think you have been hopping too much. You say that you didn’t make money on the clothing and SMMA because you were inexperienced. What if you became experienced? Not necessarily those two, but just putting all your effort into one business for at-least a couple years. It’s extremely rare to have a successful business if you barely know more about it than the customer. Spend a while learning the ins and outs. Then combine that with your learned business knowledge. (How to get a good website, how to use human psychology to your advantage, etc)

I’m not gonna act like I’m a millionaire, but that’s what I’ve learned. I’m 19, and I have started 3 businesses since 13. This last one I started mid 2022. I put all my attention, and time into learning about it for a year. Then I payed for a nice website, and ads. That made a monumental difference. I’m fully booked out now and next step is hiring.

Basically, I took a gap year after graduating high school so that I could work on my Detailing business. I was able to grow it exponentially. I started with $500, and have been making around 10-11k a month revenue with 70% profit margins.

My business is mobile, meaning i need good climate to do the work. However, I live in Canada, so it’s only warm for 6months out of the year. The 6months of winter are perfectly aligned with when college starts. So I was originally thinking that I’ll work on the business for half the year, and study for the other half. (Taking bachelor of business administration)

However now that school started, I am only able to think about my business. I had such great momentum going, and now I’ll need to take a 6 month break. I have been skipping most of my classes, and I’m behind on assignments. I can’t imagine doing 4 years of this. I have so many ideas on expanding my business further, all I need is the time.

My alternative is to rent/lease a detailing garage, which would enable me the business to be open year round, instead of just half the year. I think it would be much more worth it than spending $5k a semester to study.

I have never been the school type. At 12 I made a yt channel with my brother making $16k. At 15 I had a woodworking business making $50 an hour. Even with the skipping school and never studying, I managed to get through high school with a 75 average.

What do I do? I’m stuck at a crossroads and I would love to hear some advice. Do I continue working half a year for the next 4 years? Or do I dropout and go all in on the business?
