Sorry about being THAT guy but... LeBron. The number 1 thing NBA players gush over Bron about apart from his longevity (a decent characteristic of a coach too) is his IQ. He's addicted to basketball and reads the game better than anyone and his stats prove that. On top of that, players would probably love to play under Bron and learn from him. Of course, he is not going to coach in the NBA after he retires and will likely go the Magic route and either become a GM or owner of Cleveland or Miami or something. The question was who has the best chance of making HOF, and if LeBron coached it'd probably be him
