Sounds like an easy problem to solve: seize their assets and enact Pinochet-style methods to make them shut up if they complain too much.

I'm still waiting for people to rise up. I don't believe we will ever get moneyless communism in my lifetime but we can and we HAVE to do better than this.

At this point I don't even care if the new revolutionary government ends up being Pol Pot on steroids, I want change.
