Totally your call of course but personally, as long as it’s exactly like for like, I’d get them replaced. To me, I’d be thinking that’s a manufacture fault, the hands deteriorating so badly and it shouldn’t have happened. The rest of the watch is spot on (external wear aside, which is a different story and part of your history of the watch).
It’s not like they won’t be “original” as they’re from the manufacturer.
