ok so, I know we're supposed to be all mad at Netflix for ads & prices and stuff, but I watched that entire preview video and I'll admit a large portion of them look good. Or, in typical Netflix style - good enough to watch.

thanks, but I make too much according to that, which is something else people seem to skip over whenever these "just do it for free!!!!" posts come up. You have to make below $80k (AGI) even when married.
But, again, even if I didn't, $15 seems pretty fair to me, to avoid having to hunt for the magical free method.
Not to "make rules for me" but I do think minivans should get a category of some kind - it puts all it's points in function, and none in sport/SUV, is the most efficient user of space, and generally reasonable hood height. Plus I'm not buying one to brag or strut my stuff.
that's who I use! $15 to file state, free federal; I mean that's pretty close to 'free' compared to Turbo/Inuit pushing you close to $100 after all the BS. And freetaxusa keeps my info for subsequent years, etc.
also, hasn't the border been MUCH more controlled since Trump left office?
If you look at their site, it honestly looks like they just took their EXISTING game from a few years back (Craftopia) and cheaply re-skinned it for PalWorld.
So the cost posted might only be for the re-skinning cost too, making it even cheaper.
Just tried playing this on windows PC, legit windows, legit GamePass, and it crashes every 5-15 seconds. Very vanilla/normal install and config of all hardware, etc. Maybe the steam version works better?
I am using rclone with Linux, and works just fine. Just long term backups, but it runs the same speed (slow) as windows-to-proton.
Anyway, point being rclone works!
my dad, who is quite overweight, would order the sweet potato french fries at Culver's, after I told him to eat healthier. My mom even supported him - "those are SWEET POTATO fries! that's healthy!". I told them that's not how it works, and it just made them angry.
+1 for Pop!_OS
Using it (as my first real use of Linux) a few months now, and I have yet to find a game that doesn't work.
Turned away from mint/Ubuntu because they definitely pre installed more. There are almost no included installs that I don't use on Pop, very clean.
It's also a frequently updated "stable" release- it gets kernel/driver/more updates every 2 weeks or so. They should really add the update# to the iso, because "22.04" alone makes it sound old.
I have 3 running Pop, soon to be 4. ( Try to switch kids over)
PopOS is what got me into Linux, and the only one that worked "out of the the box" for the handful of things I wanted, esp remote desktop.
Yes, anecdotal, but I'm running 3 PCs on Pop and loving it.
Edit: reading the article, and graph, it also looks like the field is more crowded in general. Also, would be good to see total installs over time, not just %.
but, it's still #8? not exactly fell off.
