I think if I were to be pedantic I would call software emulation "simulation" and hardware emulation "emulation." Software attempts to match the characteristics of the game output. Emulation attempts to match the hardware .

Your purpose would be to allow a ton of federal jobs in a low col area? That would destroy the towns from where they move and create a new high col area.

A crowdstrike update killed a bunch of our Linux VMs that had a newer kernel a month or so ago.

A month or so ago a crowdstrike update was breaking some of our Linux vms with newer kernels. So it's not just the os.
