I'm sure a not insignificant amount of them see proprietary business strategy documents and get "inspired"

Started off alone. Recently took on a technical co-founder. We do data analytics stuff with dashboards and reports.

I just didn't want to go it alone anymore. Even if I make less money (doing 50/50 split now) I'd just rather have someone to experience the journey with. Maybe I'm being naive. Time will tell

I think Spain is amazing. In particular Sevilla. Malaga didn't do much for me though.

I am trying to acquire a small consulting firm to kickstart my own consulting practice. My ideal scenario would be to acquire something that has maybe 2 or 3 small clients, and use that to get started (instead of starting from scratch).

The niche is IT consulting, working on projects that involve things like SQL, Data Scraping, Power BI/data visualization, Azure, etc.

I'm familiar with websites like bizbuysell, flippa, aquire.com, etc. for buying businesses, but they haven't really delivered what I'm hoping to accomplish.

Does anyone have any good resources for this kinda thing in the consulting space? Or recommendations for a process I could employ? I'm trying to figure out how I could identify the right people to talk to considering it's a super specific and small niche.
