Ha! Nah, Federal law doesn't require a lunch period, or breaks, at all. It's all state side.

Only thing is that if an employer gives a short break, like 5-20 mins, it must be paid and included in overtime.

I had mine at 26 and wasn't even married. No kids. Had one interview where the doctor made sure I was properly informed, had the procedure done like the next week or something when the schedule had an opening.

In a very conservative state too. Not Missouri conservative... But definitely not California either. Lol This was nearly 10 years ago. No regrets.

This article is a mirage.

"Nothing behind P2025 at all, see? So stop worrying about it and thinking about it..."

Yeah my motherboard is an old tomahawk b450 and its bios looks like "newer" version.

I hate to say it but maybe the newest bios is going to strip away some of the features and the better looking one is actually the old version? Perhaps to cut down on development costs because profits like always? I can only speculate.

Not sure which video specifically, but it appears to be a really neat animation YouTube channel that's probably going to be my new fixation. Lol

Law is 100% semantics. I don't need cool points. I'll be the squarest person in the room if it means police don't get their way.

Did they actually say they own the acronym for LAPD? Because... It's not an acronym. Unless this whole time we've been meant to say LAP'D like the racing term.. Or perhaps lahpud? Laypeedee? Hmmm the last one sounds a little too French adjacent perhaps.

Rengoku: Tower of Purgatory

The first one if you really love some jank in your third person ARPG games and are a bit of a(huge) masochist. The second game is the real must have imo, a lot less jank but I'd still recommend being a bit of a masochist or at least enjoy fast "stamina" based action combat like FromSoft titles.

sigh now where'd I put that hoe...

[–] Deadrek@lemmy.today 0 points 8 months ago (2 children)

Unless said person is a small child, very old, or unaware, no I don't think it's reasonable to fear even moderate injury from a teenager welding a hoe.

That's rediculous and cowardly.

Astlibra Revision on impossible. X_x

After getting back to 100% achieves with Gaiden I decided to take the plunge and the early game is quite dreadful. Lol

But it does feel nice to actually need all of the many power growth avenues.

I'm in Chapter 5 at the moment and It takes 3 whole hits now to kill me finally!... From the basic bat enemies anyway. Oof
