They may as well just use phpbb at this point.

idk I think even with federation fully disabled, Lemmy is still better than phpbb

0.19.4 is annoying since it adds the hashtag additions where posts are auto hashtagged with the community name. I was aiming to Ideally remove that from the codebase before we upgrade but we might have to upgrade with that in it

is the feature that bad? I haven't heard complaints about it, seems cool to me

Well they're still working on it. I don't even think it's planned to get into v0.20.0. They've been hoping to get feedback from people but they haven't really gotten any feedback yet and not many people have tried making plugins for it yet.

the Lemmy devs are currently working on a plugin system https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/pull/4695

So is this what they call "cyber bullying"?

Higher refresh rate is definitely better yes, but 700 hz is well past the point of diminishing returns lol

There's been lots of updates to the layout and styling, as well as a dark theme! And we've also got it redirecting to a cleaner domain name now. https://randomizers.debigare.com/

He called Git simple lol. Some good points here though. GIMP is definitely a bit clunky. Kdenlive does crash a lot for me, and often fails to recover the autosave, and it renders slowly. But there's a lot of other good open source programs too. Firefox, OBS, Blender, some people in the comments were saying Krita but I haven't tried it yet. There's also Chromium and VSCode but obviously those are backed by huge companies.
