Most instances to be honest. Just make note of the blocked instances and see if they don't block anything you wish to see.

Ambidexterity is the word you're looking for. And yes it exists, but still people will often have a preference because they're used to using a certain hand for certain tasks.

As for your question. Being uncomfortable with both hands is basically learning a new task. Like a baby learning to stack blocks.
As a sync user on an instance that's up-to-date, this is not too annoying. If you up/downvote it will still show as read. But I hope lj comes back soon. We are due an update for a long time.
