It's not hate speech at all. I'm acknowledging that a different people exist. In my perspective, they have the same rights and chances as I do, they are humans with a different lifestyle than me, and if you consider the theory of implicit bias, you might have an entertaining story that another person can relate to despite their culture, lifestyle, or peoples.
I will say though that thank you for giving me the benefit of doubt to explain that, but to me it's also offensive that a large amount of people believe that we shouldn't talk about the differences between people with appreciation and humor.

Because if they shared platforms, they'd have to share profits. IMO both companies would lose money. Plus the open competition between the 2 platforms also helps with sales and motivation to stick to your current SP which is a benefit for both companies
You can buy everyday items that are gluten free and vegan friendly as well. Look at the ingredients and if they don't have wheat, barley, rye, or triticale then there's a good chance it's gluten free. There are some exceptions to that like canned soups or broths, but you don't have to strictly get items from a gluten free section for it to be gluten free. And your wallet will thank you.
But to answer your question, some GF products have ingredients that are more expensive than wheats. Like tapioca flour for example. But most of it falls under the "healthy" food tax
