I guess so. I was thinking of zlib the software license...

What's happening to zlib?

Bingo. Get the Pro also.

I use the 8bitdo Pro for platforming because of the d-pad makes it feel like a SNES controller. And the 8bitdo Ultimate for games where I need joysticks.

Wrong. They were in a group. Then he needed to stop. They left him on his own to make the summit. Someone should have stayed with him. They failed him.

His group failed him. If someone needs to stop for a rest someone else should have stayed with him.

I forgot the Gameboy Pocket existed

[–] ElectricTrombone@lemmy.world 2 points 2 months ago

Oh you said Gameboy Pocket. I forgot about those. I never had one so I'm not sure.

Huh? I thought there was a bump out on the GBC cartridge that prevented you from inserting it into a Game Boy? Also the notch cut out of the corner that prevents the power switch from operating. Am I mis-remembering?

Textra. I bought it years ago. Had it on multiple phones. Still works great and still gets updated. Lots of options too. My favorite is a little delay timer on the send button that gives me a chance to cancel if I see a typo at the last second or just change my mind.

The reason is years and years ago the EPA formula set some goals based on speculation that future technology would keep up pace. And we can't achieve those goals. But car manufacturers can increase the footprint of their vehicles to move the goal post.

[–] ElectricTrombone@lemmy.world 3 points 5 months ago

Yes. Basically someone made a formula years and years ago about what they believed new cars mpg would be based on very generous speculations. And it's never been adjusted. The formula is based on the a bunch of variables but ends up boiling down to altering the footprint.
