Could he 1v1 Ja Morant to determine his punishment? If he wins he’s let off Scott free and all charges dropped. If he loses, he faces suspension. The worse he loses the longer the suspension. If he doesn’t score at all he could pick up trash on the road or something?
Now why would Ja agree to do this? His sentence also has a chance of being shortened. If he wins, he can come back to the league immediately. If he loses, we vote on an extreme punishment.
Why would the league do this? It would be televised and would probably have better ratings than most playoff games. This 1v1 can also be easily substituted with a cage fight or a golf battle or something. Either way, this would make the league tons of money and I’m sure most fans could get behind this.
