I love this watch. I have the automatic version. But they all look great. They wear well and are remarkably well finished for how inexpensive they are in relativity to other watches of its caliber

Things like the JLC Reverso and some vintage Piagets and even the square seikos all seem to be super popular right now. Watch media doesn’t cover anything other than what’s hot at the moment. Honestly I’ve never been into square watches and so I don’t have much opinion regarding the design in comparison to others.

Genuinely curious what you guys think about this.

Hell yeah. Would love to chat with your dad about the Dustoff sometime. I was too young to grill my grandfather with questions and hear his stories before he passed away.

Don’t hate on the serviced 1675. I wish it had everything original, but you should have seen how bad a shape this thing was in before service. The Vietnam war was not kind to this watch. Cracked glass. Gouges in the bezel insert. Dust and dirt. On the dial. Rolex completely overhauled this thing and it looks great now.

The Omega is just an awesome display of modern watch making with totally a cool new color combo. Don’t understand why I don’t see more of these on Reddit tbh.

Would you rather have the serviced Pepsi or the new 75th anniversary summer blue diver 300m?
