It’s probably a good time to be doing physical labor services like painting, handy man stuff, carpentry, etc.
They love nice things and they will only get less capable of diy-ing them.
My advice would be to focus on being frugal.
Figuring out how to live on a small income will help you get into a better situation quickly and in the long term it will help you to prioritize things that are important over things that are urgent.
