I'm told he's never once asked any upholstery for consent.

I just saw someone right here on Lemmy in another thread conflating sexuality with sex.

It astounds me that in 2025 people don't understand that sexuality is about attraction. You can be a virgin. You can be asexual and still attracted to people of your own gender. You can be gay or bi or whatever regardless of how much or how little sex you've ever had.

"Waiting" should have been left in the meme. It would be even funnier.

And this makes me wonder if Greg Abbott is trying to get someone for discriminating against him being in a wheelchair.

Because it's always different then.

It seems like it is based on a combination of an earlier draft of the novel and the translator's own ideas, because it contains things that were in Stoker's notes but not in the final manuscript, and a lot of Scandinavian mythology is added. It is more overtly erotic and political as well.

Edit: Or maybe Neil Diamond. Oops.

I feel like we don’t get enough brick positivity.

Stay to the end of the video.

"After a silence of 3000 years..."

Among the remarkable treasures found in Tutankhamun's tomb were two ornate trumpets, one made of silver and the other of bronze. In 1939, BBC radio broadcast the trumpets' music to 150 million people listening in world wide, broadcast to "The Four Corners Of The World". During the looting of the Cairo Museum in 2011, one of the trumpets had been stolen and has since been recovered.
