Oh yikes. I mean I agree that the first panel is solid but the other two reminded me why I stopped reading PA. So often the "punch line" is just edgelord violence or insults.

Honestly, if you really are considered about people's mental health. Then listen to psychology and let them transition in peace. It's clinically proven to have the best outcomes.
You can't have it both ways. Do you want people's mental health to improve, or do you want to ignore what psychiatrists suggest?
The difference is that if ANYONE drinks and drives, there is a high chance of harming another. No one else is harmed, or even affected atll by someone transitioning. And the regret/detransition rate is astonishingly low. Never mind thr fact that puberty blockers and all options available to minors is reveraable.
You are simply just trying to regulate what people do with their own body.

This wasn't a kid knocking at the wrong door in the middile of the day.
This was a 2 AM and break in where the guy busted a window to get at the door handle. This is WAY MORE than just knocking or a misunderstanding. I would agree that mistakes or even simple burglary don't deserve the death penalty, BUT... if he was aggressive enough to be smashing things in the middle of the night after banging on the door and windows, then what would he also be aggressive and mistaken about when he got inside? At a certain point being concerned for your own safety is legitmate and we crossed that line awhile ago.
Legally speaking this is called puffery But that is actually where the case was sorta interesting. Lots of places say they have the best coffee in town, but obviously that's immposible to determine since tastes differ. So the visual appeal of a burger versus a commercial was always a junk claim.
But a product not meeting the specfic dimensions could be false false advertising. This would certainly apply for lots of other products if they were 10% larger or smaller (like basically anything related to construction). However, the judge here ruled that because the burgers start out as the advertised weight and the process of cooking changes it, then no one is lying.
McDonald's corporate does all sorts of scummy things. But the judge here absolutely came to the correct conclusion.
