This article is a really clever bait and switch. It talks extensively about how resilient and optimistic Gen Z is. Which is unfortunate for me: I wanted an article explaining how I can get better at adulting.

Thats not what socialism is. Socialism is basically collective ownership of all of the means of production. Its a term used by a variety of egalitarian (classless) political theories.

This has gotta be the number one traffic issue in the US. Our timer lights are just garbage and we so rarely use sensor lights. Our traffic light setups always seem overcomplicated but not over engineered.
Pedestrian signals are slow too. Have to wait a long time to get the WALK signal, and its rarely necessary as it's already illegal to not let a pedestrian go at a crosswalk if you're turning into it, in my state.
AP News really trying to white wash this into an upside. Dude just owns the land and sits on it for nothing and no reason and realizes he can produce this crop.
But what it made me think based on the headline was that Agave was going to replace Almonds. No lol.
