Its almost in the whole world, and I think its because of SOME. Back in my young days, there were more locally some market for that.

I have downloaded it with terminal for some months ago. Its just now when I want to download the updates the software store in Fedora shows me,that the issue is coming.
For me its startet for some years ago with Mastodon,then I grew into the fediverse (I didn't know anything about it) and now I use loops.video (stil its made for doomscroling) mastodon, Lemmy and pixelfed. Loops I think I'm to old to use that much, (to fast for me) but else I'm really happy with the social media. I haven't been on a mainstream SOME for 3 years.
Yes really a slow rollout, but that's only because of his teasing. If he just made the countdowns now, then it would feel much faster and real 😀

I don't think we have to expect that it will have the same success as tiktok , but a strong alternative. Sometimes I just want to consume , and there is pixelfed and probably loops a good alternative, because its not full of influencers, ads, and so on. Just like YouTube once just was people making vids, the good old times.

I know it very well. In my experience the best way to coop with it, is by being open about that you have the need of loading social energy. Be sure to know how you best can get your social battery full again, so that they know, that you need thus break. In that way they will, (if they are good colleagues) not see it like you don't like or want the people around you.
