My wife's been my biggest supporter and I would not be in Vegas rn on my investors dollar all expenses paid if I gave up.

Took 3 years of grueling work to get here. First time I've been "paid".

Wish she was here with me. Some people aren't cut out for the risk/reward factor.

Hey all,

so my cannabis cultivation license is active, I have all the paperwork with the township, local authorities, and building in accordance with zoning signed and ready to go.

My investors have been super great so far and even flew out my cultivation manager from Colorado and are helping him find a place to move his family into.

The facility they are signing for is going to run them 25k a month but they have been suddenly being strange about putting something legally on paper.

The baseline is 2.5million for 45% of our company to get operational, and our industry is still so new we can be one of the first operational. They seem to say things over lunch-ins like "don't worry we'll sign" "we've been taking care of you so far, have faith."

but its been over a week since they signed the LOI for the funds and I know they have more than enough for what we've asked for and prepped for over the last 60 days of on and off meeting with them.

How do I politely urge them? I have two other offers on the table but they are just verbal like them. our company needs to move now, not later.

Thanks!
