overview for FunnyUsername

hey so I'm feeling really strange about posting this because I for some reason have the idea in my head that if I share things I create and put them out there then I'm being annoying and forcing it on people so I'm just going to try to type this quick and hit send

I put together a huge library of ~13000-ish vintage games on over 40 different systems, and playing them at random. I'm not the best gamer, but I'm good enough (I'm in my 30s so I've at least played my fair share), to get a taste of the games and check them out. I really get into looking at all the forgotten pixel art these games contain and just being blown away by how many cool experiences that have been forgotten. I stream retro games at least once a week, so if something like this sounds interesting to you or anyone you know, please check me out! i'm not in it to make money i'll never beg for donations or anything like that, i am a content old fart who just wants to hang out and game.

edit: i can't figure out how to make my post link direct to my twitch and post my thumbnail for the retro streams, if my post is wrong please delete it and i'll try again i am just confused about this web form. i tried to delete my mistake posts myself but they still appear to be there, i never use lemmy on the web and am very confused vs the Voyager app

I got a 90$ laser printer for home 5 years ago. I've printed at least 600 pieces of paper, and have only had to change the toner cartridge once (recently). I can get a 2 pack of toner for about 24$.

This is how i think about printing now: i needed some black paper in a pinch once, so i printed a solid black image on both sides of a sheet of paper.

I'm still making them for the first time! i never had master system but i got a nice retro game collection going for twitch streaming and included the master system library, so I've finally been able to check it out

AITA for using the fact that I have a degenerative eye condition that will make me randomly go blind as a reason to ask my SO with body dysmprohic disorder to let me see them naked more often? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.world

I don't think you're an asshole, but I think it's weird that you're using that as an excuse to see your SO naked when you can just see your SO naked because that's what people who are dating do. Therapy could help you figure out why you're more comfortable blaming a condition for your desire to see your partner naked then just simply requesting it because you love them

the article provides one "official" explanation for views dropping, and i am citing an alternative explanation from the perspective of creators themselves who see the analytical data and the judgments being past on their videos.

not at all. i hate my country, too, for similar reasons. what's actually surprising to me, is how you're so narrow minded you've become just as biggotted and unempathetic as Trump himself, just about a different group of people (Americans). How does it feel to know what blind hatred towards people who are in fact just like you feels like? I bet it feels good, but the cognitive dissonance may start eating at you. unless you become such an extremist you start blowing white people up 🤷

What do you guys think about Walmart+? Service has good value, or just another way a company can suck more money out of consumers while providing the bare minimum of service and quality?
