hi I sell hoodie designs - I looked at the site (note these are my 5 mins views)

monochrome i.e. mimimalist is okay - but the visuals on the site have to pop -- maybe shift the background because on the home page on a pc its fuzzy so on a phone?

Brand name vs name on merchandise - ?

are you getting the customers because of ad spending? or are they "finding" you?

first make sure its really worth 6 - 7M if that value is coming from "assets" then make sure that the inventory has salable value ...if the SBA will only lend 5m then offer 4.5M ...hey just because the seller says 6 does not mean they won't take 5M

next deal make sure ur % is in the LLC

So I wrote up a contract for our partnership and asked for 15%(to be paid monthly) plus $5000 when we opened (which he agreed to) and waived the fees for the video.

He had an investor for $20k that said he'd invest once the LLC and basics were up and running.

whatever it is in that will ensure that it doubles in 7 years - so the 250K becomes 500K then just let it double. you may need to sell something to get you out your current space - so what ever 50K can do - not sure what state you live in and how far that can go --

to be clear that would be selling the REITS (which may be down significantly) to go find a safe space
