Podsync (https://github.com/mxpv/podsync).

Although it designed to support podcast apps it configurable to download videos too.

How exactly do is use ipv6 to reach my Jellyfin Server in c/main@selfhosted.forum

What about Tailscale? I understand that it works with Dynamic IPs.
