I'd argue that battery swaps are a bit inconvenient and not the ideal solution in my opinion. I'd much rather someone find a way to charge quicker.

The only motorcycle that I know which had quick swapping abilities is the Zero FX for some years. Which is cool for taking out on the trails but these batteries are heavy man, for only like 3.6 KW, which is only like 30 miles or less for those models.

P.S: I own a Zero FX, just not the one that you could swap batteries on.

I own an electric motorcycle and I love it. I use it more than my ICE motorcycle. The one problem is still with the battery technology. Not all electric bikes have the same charging capacities and I can't think of a single one that can utilize DC fast chargers. I think its the biggest hurdle right now for electric motorcycles.

If he's anti-ccp I don't see anything wrong with that.

I went with Alpine Linux for hosting because of this. I like up how my light setup runs completely in RAM, saving the SD card for a while.

I've looking into coworkinf spaces and even a single space on a shared table costs an arm and a leg. Much more expensive than a simple cafe. Ive worked in a library before and I quite enjoy them.

I can't imagine working at either place if I have a meeting though. That could be a serious breach of information.

I disagree that investing in the stock market is gambling with the caveat that many people treat it like gambling.

What I mean is that boring, defensive trading is a fairly predictable thing. Boring, stable and mature companies are typically safe investments that do grow over time and are a good way to protect yourself against inflation.

The issue is people want to maximize returns, even if expectations are unrealistic, and make risky gambles at unwarranted expected returns. Look at a company's profit, expenses, history and dont expect the future to be ideal for big returns.

I forward my port to my bastion host, and reverse tunnel to it when I want to access my stuff.

My router allows you to set a device in the DMZ zone which will let you use your routers IP as its address.

Its going to become an issue the more crap we throw into space for commercial reasons. All the satellites are ruining the ozone too.

To be honest, I have no preference, I just followed whatever order guide was on my crimper. Didn't seem to matter.

Oh no no! You're gonna want to smooth those babies out.

Thinking about getting one, what did y'all think? Looking at the Zeros.

Does anyone think that there'll ever be a simple EV car produced for market without all the extra junk found in most electric cars? Why or why not?

I don't see the need for the infotainment dash, personal data tracking, self-driving, lack of physical buttons, and lack or reparability.

Wouldn't it be nice to have an EV that is probably cheaper without all that forced extra stuff? Can't we just have a simple EV that has an electric engine that is reliable, cheaper, and doesn't have a need for constant software updates? Maybe you can work on it in your garage for the most part for simple maintenance.

I'd really like to have an EV one day but seems like they are all super expensive, have no sense of ownership like typical cars, are constantly tracking you, and are trying to shove extra features down your throat.
