Didn't Sennheiser get sold already
I was hoping this was the tl;dr but it wasn't. They just made a typical statement to avoid being caught up in it.
Here's my attempt at a tl;Dr if anyone wants fewer sentences.

643 cad or 498 usd. It has coreboot which is cool but 385 cad built me a modified t440p laptop with approximately the same specs. I suppose it's alright value for someone lacking the technical aptitude to do the mods or who wants a tablet form factor computer with coreboot at the current price which looks like some kind of introductory deal; however, the regular price that's slashed out isn't very inspiring.
I'd get one if it was like $300 less
