It’s wild but in 4 years I stopped being able to afford the house I live in. It went from fine to insane.

This bubble better pop.

I thought they were $10,000

Same. Even for Windows…why reinstall so much? I installed W10 1607 and I’ve just been installing updates. Same for my Linux machines. Just upgrade and be done people.

I’ve had success with a mix of snort and pihole. Lots of ads seem to violate some RFC and snort blocks it. It’ll even break ads in the Apple TV YouTube app. You just get a black screen while ads play.

Tell that to the breaking changes server upgrades. I know something good happened when my app won’t login anymore.

No real hate though. I’m a sponsor of the project. Shits lit.

I built a data logger a few years back. The data you likely want is on the CAN BUS network. You’ll need a CAN BUS hat for a pi or a pi with it baked in. There are other ways but you will likely end up realizing a pi or similar is best.

You’ll need to log the data while away from home and then sync the data when WiFi is available. Requiring the pi to stay powered after the car shuts off. Easy to do with some relays.

Depending on what data you are looking for it shouldn’t be too much work to get going on logging.

I would love to move north but cannot. Because of that. I must invest in backup power solutions, storm shelters, and a water well. Nothing is stable anymore and the weather is too extreme to tough it when power fails.

That last bit is a S tier depression sign.

Timetrap and Old. Timetrap was way better than expected. Still a B movie but didn’t disappoint. Old was about as expected.

All I can think of is battery life may take a hit. OSX is incredible with battery life.

That said I get decent battery life on Linux. 9 hours idle or light use…maybe more. Not sure yet because I just replace the battery.

I wrote an indexer and downloader for libgen that is mostly compatible with readarr via newznab and nzbget apis.

I don’t know much about readarr or the nzbget api but I have a working v1.

Not sure where to take it from here though.

Not sure if it would be better to write a new downloader and get it added to readarr or keep emulating an existing downloader.

I feel like this bridges a gap in content from Usenet with libgen but I’m looking for feedback and to see if anyone knows of a similar project.

Also if there is any interest I will publish a docker container so you can run it next to your arr stack.

Thoughts?
