You didnt hand 1000€ over to FedEx. Framework handed 1000€ of their € to FedEx and until you get an undamaged laptop into your hands, that's frameworks problem, not yours.

Getting a smaller cpu will not save you any battery life, as the faster cpu spends more time sleeping. So i would go Ryzen 7 and not buy 2 batteries.

The real question is: Does the Crucial RAM kit work?

There are Thunderbolt 3 to 2 adapters available from star tech and apple (and maybe others)

The real question is: does it support 96GB Crucial DDR 5600?

I personally wouldn't go for batch 9. As an engineer you should get a square number, so you'll need for batch 16.

You'll need to contact support to add the bezel to your order. It would be best to do so now, so that support has some time to process your request.

Windows sleep is a broken piece of s... I had several laptops where it would wake up for no reason and drain the battery. Hibernation or full shutdown is the way to go for me
