Orient Mako and Orient Ray are in that price range on Jomashop.

Or if you want to dive into the world of Chinese AliExpress homage watches, the Steeldive 1970 is probably one of the best autos.

Orient Kamasu is the one everyone suggests. I've owned one for two years and it's my favorite watch. Sporty looks, solid build quality, sapphire glass, 200m water resistance. Can't go wrong!

Ray and Mako are two others.
