The software from Unminable is Windows only but you can mine on them with any other Linux based mining software.

Monero isn't directly mined with GPU but if you look under "coins" section on moneroocean you can mine other algorithms and get paid in XMR using them.

How is simplex going to turn a profit for the people who've currently invested in it? This is why things get enshittified, they have vulture capitalists helping them start out and no one thinks about it till one day it comes time to pay the piper and features start getting broken, ads get shoveled in, and unless enough money is generated the app will eventually fail.

I hope simplex finds a way to go non profit, until then I can't trust their business model to not shift in the future.

Lot of people confusing a redundancy with backups. My backup server is currently doing its part providing main services due to a bad RAM stick causing all sorts of chaos before I figured out it was the root cause.

I normally have all my dockers backed up and not running but ready to startvon the second server. Most of my data is from sailing the seas and so it can be restored by the ARR stack fairly well. I do backup a few key things like my PGP keys and keepass but the chances of all 5+ of the systems I'm actively using failing all at once is pretty minimal.

True but enough do that it annoyed me to the point of disabling the autofill on my system, so maybe for this person it would be an improvement

Can't you setup whatever manager to autofill the password?

Isn't simplex also funded by venture capitalists like Jack Dorsey? I don't think I'd trust then not to sell out users when it comes time to pay back the investors.

You can tell it's going to suck when they open with how the "creators" of some other games are back to do a new game.

How about you tell me about what makes this one unique? Oh you can't because it's just a bland cash grab riding on the reputation of some guys tangentially related to good games from a quarter century ago.

I would love nothing more then to be proven wrong in future elections.

A lot of things are conspiracies until years later we get proof of them, I expect if/when we find out the full picture of where the money went the 2020 election will be a prime example of how Democrats value donor money much more then they value winning elections or having policies that win elections.

So here is hoping that in 4 years you can come back and say "I told you so" when Democrats actually present a winning platform in 28.

So not having a primary last year was just an honest mistake you think? Maybe Biden should have stayed on and the mistake was him stepping aside? I'm sure he would have won if only he had a chance.

Must be nice to live in a world where politicians are honest and have the best interests of the people in mind instead of corporations.

As someone who only pirated it, I thought it was pretty good. I just wish they would bring back create a fighter, but I know that's never gonna happen because then they couldn't charge for new ones.

What's it called when you ignore evidence that's right in front of you and keep trying the same things over again only to keep losing?
