I want to create a telegram chat bot for my French organisation. We need strong privacy and uncensored LM and they only agree to have some self managed LM chatbot
What stack would be the easiest to deploy in the cloud behind telegram? Any cheap cloud recommended for that matter?
If it's working good in test we will buy some hardware to self host and put it behind a matrix bot :)
