We also look insanely better (I know small sample size) than we ever had with doc. We look like an actual team. Doc is a good culture guy, as long as he’s not throwing guys under the bus, and he can build a good coaching staff but that’s about it. He’ll get guys to play to their floor consistently but he can’t get the most out of them
