Ganz schön feindselig dafür, dass jemand sich mit Bedacht gegen den Abriss eines Gebäudes in Berlin ausspricht, wo der Track-Record der Stadt doch so gut ist, auf frei gewordene Baufläche sinnvolle, neue Gebäude zu stellen statt sie an das meistbietende Venture Capital Unternehmen zu verhökern.

Regrading 1st: I guess it would be a start to not upload the high resolution original image but a low res/high compression version instead. Faces lose a lot of detail really quick which makes them less susceptible to automated image scans. Still, not unloading photos with faces from persons that did not consent at all would be preferred.

Do you create ZFS snapshots and let those be backed up to B2 via restic or do you backup different types of data, one with ZFS snapshots and one with restic?
Fumbling around with k3s to get my toes into deploying a Kubernetes cluster from scratch for the first time ever. No real long term usage planned, just some testing to gather experience.
I'm in the process of doing an initial restic sync of my primary storage to B2 as offsite backup and while I'm at it finally got around having a look at resticprofiles to simplify my restic backups on all my systems. Highly recommend it as it reduced my mental overhead of doing regular backups quite a bit!
