I think it says a lot more about them than it does about you. I've had people who I thought were close friends turn out to be fake. It messes with your head and hurts like crazy, but you have to realize that it's about them and not you.

Elon has some nerve calling out someone for making money of bettering humanity. That's the very definition of "the pot calling the kettle black".
I don't want to sound cynical, but I really struggle with understanding what someone thinks they'll actually accomplish setting themselves on fire. I it would be the most horrific way to die let alone doing it to yourself.
If you're currently on it and not tapering off, you need to talk to your doc about it. The brain shocks are a withdrawal symptom.
