As long as you have about 10-12 inches of space between the wheel and your chest I think you are fine.

Right, like they all have a point to a degree but really just need a little more info and put bias aside to focus on what each system does well and just connect the dots to the most appropriate to their use case.

But then that requires social interaction, and having enough emotional maturity for putting aside personal biases. Two things on a relatively short list of things Linux doesn't usually do well at.

Would've been great if they'd said "See you next Tuesday" instead.

Good friends make a world of difference. Good luck!

Might be a good idea to look into extensions for the pedals, if the airbag deploys while you are too close it could do more damage than the wreck. Be safe 🙂

Keep doing that until the anxiety lowers. Make the next step, turning it on and letting it run while you do that. (If that's not what you already did)

Then practice selecting gears with your foot on the brake. i didn't see the original post but I'm guessing you are working up to driving?

You'll be OK. Just breathe and tell your anxiety to get in the back seat.😉

I see about 3 I'm either interested in or played. CP2077 is definitely worth getting into. As is Baldurs Gate 3 from what I know of it.

The fanboying to the point of blinders is maddening to deal with among Linux users.

I don't have issue with Ubuntu personally. I still prefer Zorin over it though. It's a really nice "transition from windows" type distro and not as bloaty as Ubuntu.

Older stuff, nearly 100%. New stuff, still really high to nearly 100%. The only place you'll run into trouble is with devices made with only windows drivers etc. So things like a USB label printer or glucose monitor or something like that.

Computer hardware though, very unlikely to see an issue. Servers use both the CPU and GPU. And most servers run some flavor of Linux.

What's Realtek done? I haven't kept up on them.

Been trying to avoid plastic containers when I can. So I'm drinking canned water when I'm not near a tap and glass.

My grandmother-in-law is taking one of my kids to get a new jacket. I'll have one less kid for an hour and a half.

I love the mashup between one of my favorite metal bands and one of my favorite synthwave bands. Works unexpectedly well.

Fantastic vocals and great synth work, this song by The Bad Dreamers is another favorite for me.

The Bad Dreamers have great vocals and Timecop1983 is always solid for Synthwave melodies. The two combined make a fantastic pairing.

This is the song that got me into the genre. And if you get a chance to see The Midnight live, it's well worth it. They put on a fantastic show!

This is my favorite album. Took me ages to get a vinyl copy but we'll worth it.
