There is nothing inherently wrong with incest. The focus here should've been on trafficking children, sexual abuse, and rape, not on incest.

I replied to a comment that said all border crimes should be pardoned. That is the context. But no, I don't think all border crimes are going to be pardoned.

For reference, I like most of the series by KD Robertson. The harem doesn't need to develop right away, but it shouldn't take forever (like I would consider that the harem in wheel of time develops too slowly).
