This story has been reported by multiple sources now, but it doesn't matter. Because this doesn't fit the agenda of the ultra left. It is evident this story was being swept under the rug to hide the truth that mass shootings aren't just a right wing thing. They're more often a mental health thing.

And no, I don't belong to any sort of right wing forums. What I'm saying isn't radical or really right wing. Do you really want Lemmy to just be another safe space, circle jerk, echo chamber? Where's the fun in that? How do you improve or learn if you're never challenged. It's naive and childish to want to be in places where one is never countered, where points are never challenged.

The literal point of this post is to point out there seems to be an actual conspiracy to sweep this case under the rug.

I'd grab a link from many of the other sources available, but I'm coming to learn that just like reddit, there's a clique on Lemmy that acts just like MAGAs. When they don't like a story, they'll attack the source, not the content.
