My husband and I paid our way around the world for a year by teaching English online for a Chinese company. It had its pros and cons, but it worked out well in the end. This was before the pandemic though, and some policies have changed that would make it harder to do nowadays, but I think it can still be quite viable as a digital nomad job.

Nope, I have ADHD wherever I go. That said, I do enjoy the novelty that comes from exploring new places, and it does seem to scratch a bit of an itch in my brain. Unfortunately, moving around often makes it hard for me to build and maintain a routine, so I kinda shoot myself in the foot in that way.

If you like working from new places, how about rotating between different cafes or co-working places in your home city? You might be able to tap into some of the same feeling that you get from nomading.
