Yeah, mostly oil. I switched to chutney/pickle for sandwiches, much lower kcal per spoonful and the fruit/veg should add some actual nutrition too. Would like to make my own more too, especially ones without sugar and just preserved with vinegar. Don't have much success looking for recipes, maybe I need to use different terms? Something like branstons pickle and then variations that could work too.

Mine needs more clover and native wildflowers. It has some already, it just needs more. Meadow grass mix of some kind, hopefully grows deeper roots.

Only debt I have is a mortgage and I don't like having that either but there isn't really a better choice. Landlords are scum so at least I don't deal with them anymore.

UK hasn't seen that same productivity increase but has seen the increasing inequality.

We know it's bullshit so we stopped trying to work hard.

How many hours did I have to work for this?

[–] Korhaka@sopuli.xyz 4 points 2 days ago

I should play that again, probably start a new world/char because so much has changed since I got it almost 4 years ago.

I don't have a smart car though, I use a bike. No registration, no tax, barely any regulations and fewer that are actually enforced.

Prices go up more when inflation goes up, and they go up again when inflation goes down.

Yes, that is what inflation means.

Makes sense, although at the same time the price of things you buy is based on the cost with theft factored in already. More thefts mean they would have to adjust the calculation and prices go up to cover it. I don't know how far that goes, 99% theft and the 1% spending £50 on a loaf of bread?

Part of it depends what someone is stealing, if its a bag of potatoes or some bread, you are probably desperate. If its a 4k TV I don't have that same sympathy.

There is plenty of shit on steam that I wouldn't buy, just don't buy it
