Not so much a solution... But using a wireguard overlay network such as Netbird does make it simpler to connect smart devices to a VPN as you don't need to install a wireguard client on each device

It's a pretty common way to refer to them in the embedded space

The OpenTrons OT-1 and OT-2 were entirely open source as far as I know, but I'm not sure about the flex.

As other people have said OpenFlexure is great.

The Pioreactor was working on becoming entirely open-source but I'm not sure if they've achieved it yet.

Chi Bio is another open source bioreactor.

Lots of great open source stuff has come out of Joshua M. Pearce's lab, most (or maybe all?) of which is on appropedia

Also if you're interested in open science in the biology space it's worth looking at amybo.org

Yeah I feel the same way. I feel like Kodi, unfortunately, makes it harder to use my HTPC rather than easier

I was under the impression that China sorted of allows it so that people travelling for business can still access everything they're used to

I'm not sure of the value in terms of parts/capability. But since it comes as essentially a pre built or mostly built 2.4 and they donate to the voron team I can see why people would like it. That being said I've not tried one, so no clue how good it is.

Pocket Casts isn't proprietary, it's licensed under the MPL 2.0

Has anyone got any recommendations for a small wired speaker that would be good to connect to the Voice Preview Edition. I'm really enjoying it, but just wish the audio quality could be better.

Also are there any other improvements that you can recommend I add to it?

Has anyone found cases for the Fairphone 6 yet?

The official one still isn't released and the others I've seen listed online are only available for pre-order
