Yeah I also use nix as a kind of air alternative

Ah ok, then there is a rough similarity yes, but the AUR is veeery broad

Fusion is a managed 3rd party repo, isn't it? AUR and copr is more individuals creating packages

I made the same move a few years back and really like it. Can't say much regarding SELinux and security though. Regarding the AUR, it depends on how much you use it but I only rarely miss it. A lot of stuff that is not in the default fedora repos can be found in copr https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/

Sounds mundane but a few days ago, for the first time I bought myself a jacket. I am 28. My grandma loves to gift clothes for christmas especially stuff like jackets, so I didn't really need to buy one until now. On the way back from the shop I felt weirdly adult. I bought most of my other clothes myself for around 10 years, but never a jacket

I'm a big fan ogg opus, but I wouldn't convert between lossy formats

Sure it has, you can upgrade buildings in Monteriggioni an then get passive income depending on how much you upgraded and I think the shops in the town get better

No it fortunatly doesn't. The games don't need an USK (official german) rating. Steam seems to have it's own rating system which seems to be enough

Same for me, I guess it is related to a lemmy update, since it started after my home instance got updated to 0.19.4

Not really visudo is only to edit the sudoers file. sudoedit is a better way to edit system files.

  1. Temporary copies are made of the files to be edited with the owner. set to the invoking user.

  2. The editor specified by the policy is run to edit the temporary files. The sudoers policy uses the SUDO_EDITOR, VISUAL and EDITOR environment variables (in that order). If none of SUDO_EDITOR, VISUAL or EDITOR are set, the first program listed in the editor sudoers(5) option is used.

  3. If they have been modified, the temporary files are copied back to their original location and the temporary versions are removed.
