I dont know what the intent is here but M&A is a matter that requires an expertise in business strategy, finance, federal and state law and tax, besides a good understanding of the business you are acquiring. That is why you need a significant team to make it work.

I would recommend against doing this the amateur way.

Hi, I advise that you hire a someone to help you through the process. acquiring a company require business, legal, tax and negotiation skills to avoid some of the common pitfalls. Which state are you working from?

Thanks a lot for the feedback! I will look into these sites.

Hi all, i have been running a side hustle and I can say that I have validated my product so far.

However, this is a service company and I am realistically unable to scale if I am not 100% dedicated to it. I will also need yo hire a couple of people. So I am looking for funding.

I had in mind to list my company on some vc platform to attract visibility.

What website would you recommend to me? I am looking to raise 250k€+.

Knowing what you know, what would you have done differently?

Hi entrepreneurs, in this time of high interest rate, I feel like it is more and more critical to accurately forecast your finance (especially Revenues to free cash flow conversion ).

Thus my little survey, How do you guys manage your finance and how has the process evolved throughout your journey?
