That sounds like a good deal for whoever ends up buying unity

If housing was true free market, demand would drive new construction.

But its not, developers are artificially constrained into building inefficient single family homes, or giant luxury condos due to zoning and other hindering regulations.

Removing these regulations would allow new upstarts to vastly undercut the current market leading to more affordable housing.

Calcium carbonate, is the main ingredient in tums, and is the main component of limestone.

The main thing is to remove the exemption of "light truck" for regulations that make suvs and trucks so much cheaper to manufacture for auto companies.

As for local areas, they can increase property taxes for heavy vehicles, to disentivse owning them.

If they're making record profits why did they decide to come to steam?

From google intelligence is

the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills

ChatGPT is not capable of active learning so no.

If aliens can then yes.

I'm not even talking about human intelligence, most animals have some level of intelligence that chatGPT doesnt have.

ChatGPT is just very good at appearing intelligent.

It's missing intelligence though.

ChatGPT uses machine learning to predict a sequence of words, but there's no thought or understanding of the words.
