It might be better to make friends with fellow hustlers. People on their way up may be able to learn from each other and motivate each other.
Getting better at the other aspects of marketing will make sales easier. I am both the marketer and primary sales person for my business. Me they marketer makes sure that me the sales person only speaks with prospective clients who are predisposed to buy and are properly warmed up. How to do that won’t fit in a comment but you cannot solve this problem without learning other aspects of marketing besides sales.
