Obviously they are! He was socially responsible and got arrested by the police using the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 201.

Conrail was taken over by the US government to be privatized as quickly as possible. That is really not the kind of nationalization you want for a railway. It is basically just government support for the private sector.
or you just nationalize the railways
We 100% can blaim them. Those companies activly block alternatives and try to destroy them. They put massive resources in lobbying, PR and so forth for that very purpose, while knowing full well what is going on in terms of climate change. They even transformed our political systems, to allow them to pollute for longer. We have the technology to go fully away from fossil fuels for decades and it keeps getting better. These companies are the reason we have not deployed more of them.
Obviously starving them is a good path, but I want to stab them too. We have to stop extracting and we have to stop consuming. Both has to happen and right now.
So the Republicans believe that Biden would exchange climate change, which is an issue many of his potential voters care about a lot with aid for Ukraine, which nobody really cares about in the US? Especially after they blocked US aid for a tougher border deal. Seems more like he wants the Republicans to spell out, that they are much more pro fossil fuels then he is for the more left leaning voters.
Then again I have no idea about US politics.
Sure, but LNG is more expensive then pipeline gas and Europe has some reserves in Norway and gas pipelines to Northern Africa, Central Asia and somewhat the Middle East. That means as soon as Russian gas supply becomes zero, the US LNG supply to Europe is going to decrease.
There is also a lot of gas storage in the EU, which is meant mainly to work for the seasonal demand changes coming from heating with gas. Since wind is stronger in the North Sea region in winter, that means besides some non windy days, peaker plants will be used less and less. Grid sized battery storage and better grids are really being deployed relativly quickly, so that should fall as well. The big question is how quickly gas consumption is going to decline as most European countries focus more on shutting down coal power plants.
They all have them, it is just usefull to say that they are working really hard on reducing emission. It is just that some minor problems make that really hard. Namely money:

Canada consumes more primary energy from renewables per capita, then the UK consumes primary energy of all forms per capita. Canada has to lower energy consumption to a reasonable level and it is going to be fine.
There is a fairly strong network around. Basically able to transport freight throughout the EUs core on inland waterwasy. However:
The only solution like that would be something like carbon capture and investors put a lot of money into that. To not emit as much, we need to deploy a lot of different solutions. Those however replace old ones, which means old industry is fighting hard to stop it.
The vote was on restoring 20% of the EUs most damaged landscapes until 2035. This is impossible to do with a small little garden.
This is not just Paris too. France as a whole did not change municipality boundaries since WW2. So usually legal city is just what in the rest of Europe we would be the city center. You often can not really tell the difference between the city and a French "suburb" on a satellite picture.
As a result it is rather easy to kick cars out of the city, as the residents do not need them and are just annoying for them. It also leads to bad connections to the outer parts of what really is the city, which pisses off the residents and that leads them to vote facist.
