What do your routines and life look like outside of work? (Particularly those with >$2m in revenue) in c/entrepreneur@indiehackers.space

Not at $2M, but around $1.5M net worth.

2-3 hours of deep work each day, rest of the day is reading, playing COD, learning about cooking lately and seeing friends + family.

I don't subscribe to hustle porn, I try to delegate everything I don't enjoy doing or I'm not good at. I could probably make more money by 'working much harder' but not optimizing for that.
